What if I don’t end up closing?
We offer a “Pay After Plan” that creates a risk free/ stress free mindset where no amount of money is
put down until the time of closing.

Why should I use cinematography?
Let us set up a finished edit of HD photography, 3D & bird’s eye view floor plans, and droning with music
to impress your clients. We personalize the videos to advertise only YOUR name and exclusive property
by adding a photo of YOUR business card to the corner of your choosing.

Why should I use droning?
Our team of FAA approved flyers can help give your clients a clean look at the neighborhood they will
soon be living in with a bird’s eye view and a general image of the property line.

How long will it take to capture pictures of my house/apartment?
It takes us approximately 10 minutes per average bedroom of 120 sqft to capture professional 360 HD
pictures.

From time of Confirmation how long until I receive my finished pictures and edits?
We will schedule a time to take pictures of the property by time of confirmation (no longer than 7
Business days unless requested by purchaser).
